Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position working in our office located in Marion, OH.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional service by phone and in person.
• Assist clients with policy information, requested changes, and payment processing.
• Obtain and maintain an active Ohio insurance license, with licensing support provided by the agency.
• Investigate policy changes and clearly explain coverage updates to customers.
• Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate team members.
• Coordinate and confirm appointments and meetings.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain organized files and records.
• Support office operations by monitoring office supplies and completing general administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain an Ohio insurance license.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships.
• Proficiency with computers and general office equipment.
• Flexible, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
