Position Overview: Our company continues to grow. As a result, we are looking to expand our Talent Acquisition team as well. We seek an experienced recruitment professional with strong interpersonal skills, and well versed in the life cycle recruitment process, to join our team as a Recruiter. In this position you will be responsible to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates for our open requisitions throughout the organization. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This will include assessment of candidates’ skills, experience and relevant knowledge, and be able to compare them to assigned job requirements.

Work Location: This position is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will reside in the Central U.S. time zone.

Professional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department managers and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop solid job description based on specifications learned from internal clients
  • Conduct Client Intake meetings to compile a consistent list of responsibilities and qualifications and requirements
  • Attract the most qualified candidates through various recruitment tools including databases, direct sourcing, employee referrals, social media sites, on-line applications, etc.
  • Review candidate applications and conduct initial screening interviews to help assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience against the requisition requirements
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
  • Manage the candidate interview process, including scheduling candidates for interview, conducting post interview debrief meetings with candidates and hiring managers, and document all activities in the company application tracking system (ATS) Clear Company
  • Manage the expectations of internal clients (HR, hiring managers, team members, etc.) throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Providing recruitment reports/updates to Talent Acquisition Manager, hiring managers, and other team personnel on a consistent basis
  • Stay current on the latest employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company
  • Other ad hoc assignments as required

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a Human Resource or business-related field
  • 4-6 years relevant recruitment experience in a staffing agency, professional services firm, or Human Resources department
  • Keen understanding of the full life cycle recruitment process
  • Ability to design and implement an effective recruitment strategy that impacts open requisitions
  • Strong working experience with candidate applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple requisition priority searches simultaneously and within a budgeted timeframe
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships, both internal and external
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on the candidate’s experience.

*A wide salary range is posted for this position, and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
