Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to become part of our team. In this role, you will oversee a variety of personal insurance accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and maintaining long-term relationships. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and helping clients navigate their insurance needs.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position with four expected days in our Ennis, TX office each week (one work-from-home day per week post-onboarding and satisfactory training).

Professional Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients to guarantee their insurance needs are met with personalized solutions
• Provide timely and accurate recommendations when reviewing clients' insurance policies, ensuring optimal coverage
• Work with clients to identify the best insurance carriers and secure quotes that meet their specific needs
• Ensure all policy changes, renewals, and cancellations are processed efficiently and accurately
• Assist clients with policy rewrites, ensuring all required documentation and payments are properly handled
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for offering additional products and services to existing clients
• Stay current with the latest trends in the insurance industry, ensuring clients benefit from the most relevant options

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• 2+ years of experience working in personal lines insurance
• Must hold an active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Applied Epic experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including policies, regulations, and compliance
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to connect with clients
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard industry tools
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
