Personal Lines Internal Sales and Retention Specialist (Remote)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Personal Lines Internal Sales and Retention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong client relationships, driving new business growth, and ensuring exceptional service.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, remote position that supports our office in Jacksonville, FL.

Professional Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Address inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and effectively, delivering a seamless client experience.
  • Proactively cross-sell personal lines insurance products and generate new business through strategic marketing and lead generation efforts.
  • Oversee the remarketing process for renewals, ensuring clients receive optimal coverage options.
  • Monitor and manage the internal personal lines sales queue to maintain efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Review applications and renewal requests to ensure they meet underwriting guidelines.
  • Process endorsements, policy changes, and follow-ups with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate on internal marketing initiatives and utilize various tools to attract new clients.
  • Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuing education to stay updated on industry trends and carrier guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer support, sales, or account management position.
  • Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, specifically in Personal Lines preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED or Associate Degree in Business Administration.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
  • Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products
  • A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Pay Range: $21.63 - $26.44 per hour, depending on experience.

A wide salary range is posted for this position, and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
