Position Overview: Are you organized, reliable, and looking for a part-time position in a friendly office setting? We’re seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with essential office tasks.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients who call or walk in
• Assist with opening, sorting, and processing incoming mail
• Answer the phone and handle inquiries as needed
• Process client payments accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and send client renewal notices by mail
• File and box documents for storage and recordkeeping
• Track and reorder office supplies as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable and punctual, with attention to detail
• Friendly and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
