Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits System Trainer with strong working knowledge of agency management systems to join our Agency Growth Team (Corporate team) to support the creation and delivery of a company-wide system training program. In this position you will play a pivotal part in fostering growth and unleashing the potential of our people, by supporting the talent development strategies and success of our people that address our business needs and impact the overall company employment experience. The training will vary from one-on-one sessions to classroom settings and will be delivered both on-site and virtual.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time remote position. There will be expected travel to partner agency locations on an as needed basis.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creation and execution of learning and development initiatives
• Develop engaging and effective learning solutions for our employees and end users
• Deliver comprehensive systems training to employees and end users
• Conduct both one-on-one training sessions and classroom-based training
• Implement and facilitate engaging learning programs and tools/resources to consistently drive development and productivity
• Ensure alignment of learning and performance initiatives with organizational goals and values
• Develop and maintain related training materials and documentation
• Assess training needs of employees and end users and customize the appropriate training programs
• Provide post-training support to ensure effective application of skills learned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in a business-related field
• 3-5 years relevant work experience in the Employee Benefits market space
• Working knowledge and prior experience with employee benefits agency management systems such as BenefitPoint, Applied Benefits Systems, Brokerage Builder, Gen Four, etc.
• Working knowledge or experience with employee benefits operational tools (i.e. PlanSight and Employee Navigator)
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) activities including administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of learning content with tools such as LMS365 and SharePoint
• Experience building end-to-end learning paths for both in-person and virtual learners
• Ability to adapt training methods to end users with different learning styles
• Ability to manage multiple training sessions, deliver classroom training, and prioritize effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel to partner agency locations as needed (up to 50% travel)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future

Salary Range: Starting salary of $75,000 - $85,000, depending on experience

A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
