Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive sales growth, and elevate our digital presence. This role involves managing various marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, website maintenance, social media management, video content creation, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure all marketing materials align with our brand standards. Work Arrangement: this is a full-time, hybrid position supporting our office in Waterloo, IA.

Professional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to boost brand recognition and drive sales growth.
  • Manage creative marketing requests such as video editing, graphic design, and other deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update the company website for optimal user experience, managing web leads and vendor collaboration.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, content scheduling, and audience engagement.
  • Analyze and recommend strategies to improve online visibility, manage video projects, and create engaging content (e.g., employee spotlights, local campaigns).
  • Support email marketing efforts and oversee campaigns for HR, wellness, and various business lines, focused on lead generation and brand consistency.
  • Ensure marketing materials align with brand standards, contributing to promotional efforts and community event sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support overall marketing goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of creative video production and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and transparent stakeholder engagement
  • Highly creative thinker with a talent for developing innovative concepts that resonate with target audiences
  • Effective project management skills to oversee projects from start to finish
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for developing strategic, creative solutions
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles in creative projects
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding unique needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, video and audio editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and familiarity with website management, CMS, and basic HTML/CSS
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in an insurance agency preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
