Position Overview: The Account Executive is responsible for providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, producers, and fellow team members. The Account Executive is the day to day, first line customer contact who services benefit inquiries and resolves day-to-day client requests. The Account Executive quickly identifies the necessary action and problem solves how best to meet the client needs. Working with groups under 100 at Arrow Benefits Group, this position is responsible for working with the assigned producer, facilitating the overall strategic management, service and retention of assigned clients. The Account Executive will work with an Associate Account Manager to manage workflow. The Account Executive is a team player who looks to raise the level of the entire client services department.
Work Arrangement: This is a fully remote position that supports our office located in Petaluma, CA; candidates may be expected to travel and be present for staff and client meetings, as requested.

In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive health and welfare program to employees, family members and domestic partners. Employees are eligible for benefits coverage the first of the month following 30 days of employment. We offer:
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
