Position Overview: The Property and Casualty (P&C) Senior Data Conversion Analyst is a newly created position and a key leader in the transition and conversion of data from the legacy partner agency management system to the Patriot Growth Insurance Services agency management system use of Epic platform. This role requires extensive work experience in data conversion, and the technical acumen to ensure smooth data transitions.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time remote position, but with a strong preference for a candidate with an East Coast presence. Qualified candidates will need to possess access to high-speed internet connection and access to dedicated workspace.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee data conversion projects from legacy agency management systems to the Applied Epic platform, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business processes
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand data structures and conversion requirements specific to the Applied Epic platform
• Develop and implement detailed data mapping and transformation rules tailored to insurance agency operations using the Applied Epic platform
• Execute and supervise data cleansing, validation, and conversion tasks, with a focus on maintaining data quality and consistency within the Applied Epic platform
• Document and maintain all data conversion procedures and maintain detailed records of data changes and system updates within the Applied Epic platform
• Coordinate with Applied Systems and internal IT teams to troubleshoot conversion issues and optimize conversion processes
• Train and mentor junior team members on the Applied Epic platform configuration and provide ongoing support during and after the conversion process

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5+ years relevant work experience in Insurance operations in an Independent Agency
• 5+ years of experience working in data conversion, specifically converting data into the Applied Epic platform in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of data requirements, data mapping, and workflows used within Applied Epic data platform (e.g. operations, accounting, service, etc.)
• Proven project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite tools
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and senior stakeholders
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

A wide salary range is posted for this position, and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
