Position Overview: Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You’ll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position working in our office located at 1002 Old Hickory Lane, Jefferson Hills, PA. There is opportunity for the role to transition to a hybrid setting after in-office training is completed. Computer equipment will be provided by the company upon hire.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
• Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
• Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
• Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
• Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
• Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
• 1 year minimum of prior customer service experience required
• Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products
• A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
