Position Overview: We are seeking an Associate Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time hybrid position reporting to our office located in Milford, MA.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
