Position Overview: We are seeking a Client Services Representative to support Producers and Account Managers by delivering responsive, high-quality service to clients. This role serves as a key point of contact for day-to-day policy servicing, claims support, and account maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing a seamless client experience.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time hybrid position reporting to our office located in Southport, NC.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing assistance with billing, coverage questions, and general service needs.
• Manage the full policy servicing lifecycle, including endorsements, renewals, updates, and documentation within the agency management system.
• Review renewal documents and monitor expiration reports to ensure coverage accuracy and continuity.
• Assist with claims reporting, track claim progress, and communicate updates between clients and carriers.
• Process client payments and follow up on past due accounts to prevent policy cancellations.
• Collaborate with Producers and Account Managers to support new and renewal business activities.
• Communicate with carriers and underwriters to process requests, confirm policy changes, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records, including certificates of insurance and policy documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, administrative support, or account servicing, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with commercial and/or personal lines insurance products, coverages, and policy servicing processes.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
