Position Overview: The Vertafore BenefitPoint Systems Training Specialist delivers high-quality system and workflow training to support adoption, consistency, and operational excellence across the organization. This role primarily drives ongoing training, reinforcement, and proficiency validation to ensure consistent and effective system usage, while providing support during AMS conversions and system implementations as needed. They ensure employees understand not only how to use the system, but how workflows connect to compliance, documentation quality, and overall performance.

Work Location Arrangements: This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person, virtual, and individualized training for new hires, acquired agency staff, and existing employees.
• Drive ongoing training, reinforcement, and proficiency validation to ensure consistent and effective system usage.
• Provide support during AMS conversions and system implementations as needed.
• Teach full role-based workflows with emphasis on efficiency, documentation quality, compliance standards, and E&O best practices.

• Develop and maintain training materials including guides, videos, job aids, and structured learning paths
• Assess skill gaps and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
• Partner with leadership, operations, and system teams to ensure alignment between systems, SOPs, and real-world execution
• Provide post-training support to strengthen adoption and user confidence

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with and training on Vertafore BenefitPoint and related tools such as Employee Navigator and Zywave
• Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance workflows and their impact on accounting, servicing, and compliance
• Experience designing and delivering role-based training curricula for diverse audiences
• Proficiency with LMS platforms (LMS365 preferred) and content delivery tools such as SharePoint
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt training approaches to various learning styles

Compensation Range: A starting salary in the $75,000 - $115,000 range, depending on the candidate’s experience.

The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
